On November 1st the jury announced the results for Wiki Loves Monuments in Spain. It was not an easy decision since almost 18,000 images from all around the country had been submitted for the contest, an extraordinary success! It makes us especially happy that so many new users took part in the contest. Thanks to everyone who participated! The jury announced the top 3 winners and the list of ten images that will represent Spain in the European contest.

On November 5th, Wikimedia España held an awards ceremony in Plasencia (Cáceres), where the winners were honoured and received their prizes.

3 112 images were uploaded by 71 participants for the Estonian Wiki Loves Monuments contest. The Estonian jury presented their winners at November 12th. Ten pictures will participate in European contest. And eleven pictures will travel across Estonia as part of photo exhibition in public libraries. Congratulations to the winners!
